This is very much like the classic board game. The notebook gives you plenty of access to make notes as you go. You can check off any cards that you get from others, and write down notes on your observations of others guesses.
What I especially like about this is that I don't have to rope at least two other people into playing with me, but can totally entertain myself with this for as long as I like. This only down side and the only reason i gave it 4 stars is i wish during the game when other players "show another player a card" it would tell you what card it was so you can mark it off on your check list. Other then that i am excited to play this game.

It is exactly like the board game except you play alone against at least two other computer-operated players. If you like solving mysteries and trying to figure out who dunnit, you'll enjoy CLUE. It's a fun way to exercise your brain and kill some time. My only complaint is that I wish the characters could talk just a little bit All the throat clearing and gasps get pretty old and you just want to turn the sound off since you don't really need it anyway.
Oh well, it's still fun to play. As another reviewer noted, a human player playing against computer players will always win if half or more of the computer players are set at the "rookie" lowest level. If the majority of computer players are set at the "detective" level, you simply will not wineven after playing a tight, attentive game.

When I checked her notes, three of the suspect slots were blank, whereas SIX of the room slots were blank but yes, she had correctly "deduced" the weapon. In other words, a computer player made an astronomically-lucky guess and won the game.

I love this game over the ap that is out there for your phone. It has three difficulty levels. The graffics are good, and it works just like the board game. It is challenging at times, but you do get to win some.
Overall fun! I received it fast, and was playing in no time. I wish they would make a new one with updated graffics, but this works and is fine for now. My son waited a long time for this product due to slower than expected delivery, but he was not disappointed. I was so afraid it wouldn't live up to his expectations and after so many days of anticipation, he'd be let down.

This is a one person game. You can play with two to five other computer players. Each of the computer players has three levels of I. This can make the time to play the game vary. Other than that is is CLUE. It is a solo game, but it sure is better than a deck of computer cards. Sound effects can be turn off if you don't need to hear a 'corny' scream. But that is not why I got the game. My money was well spent. My son loves Clue, and he loves computer games, so this was a natural fit.
We'd actually played the demo versions before, so I knew we enjoyed this. It gives him something to do when I have to be with the baby, and it gives us something to play together when we don't want to get out and set up a whole board game and risk having the baby eat it! It's thoroughly enjoyable--and boys being boys, he thinks the scream at the beginning is pretty cool!
